With spectacular views of the Northern Rivers coastline, the Village Green is the centre piece of the emerging Aureus Residential community, situated in Skennars Head, NSW.

Aureus is a unique site, with unencumbered panoramic views over a communal village green to Sharpes Beach and the ocean beyond. It is designed to preserve, enhance and integrate existing significant landscape elements and site features across the estate; The Aureus Village Green and surrounding estate will provide a walkable catchment in the order of 1,500 people, as well as provide key open space in close proximity to multiple schools.

The carefully crafted design of the Aureus Village Green provides important linkages between the public open space to the adjacent retail, dinning, office and residential precincts of the development.
