Originally planned as an aged care village, but after negotiating with council, a more traditional residential development of aprox 570 allotments was agreed upon.

Landsite undertook the landscape masterplanning, streetscape and landscape design, including street tree selection, and documentation detailed design and implementation and management handover to council.

Landsite's design included entry statement, local level open space area and interface with larger scale roads to the perimeters.

The open space is family orientated with playgrounds, picnic and BBQ areas, kickabout zones, fencing, shade tree planting curved concrete amphitheatre walls, custom designed arbour structures.

Landsite was careful to incorporate provision of good vehicle exclusion from the reserve, while providing  all abilities parking and plaza area within the space.
